Why is it important?

The most of nursing students report recurrent violence by frequent interaction with patients, caregivers, instructors, and other healthcare staff. Workplace violence is one of the most important factors in reducing the quality of work and job satisfaction of healthcare personnel; thus, it has a great impact on quality of patient care, satisfaction, and staff performance.
