What is it about?
The conflict in the hospitals has to a significant degree a destructive impact on the individual employee. The article has been studied the potential destructive consequences of the conflict during work on the medical employees and their activity. The conflicts at the working place contribute to a significant degree to the stress, psychological tension and emotional exhaustion of he medical specialists. The arising contradictions worsen the cooperation in the team and obstruct the joint problem solving in the respective health structure.
