knowledge management theory is rather high-level, it explains what knowledge management is, but does not say how to organize it from scratch, how to organize knowledge resources, how to organize multi-level management
Perspectives
I personally think that the theory of knowledge management is still developed too high-level, it needs to be operationalized, i.e. to show how to apply the theory in practice
