What is it about?

Generation Y employees, their value, and their role at work were discussed in the article. It was underlined that modern managers should be able to profit from skills of Generation Y and to employ and retain the best of them in order to build a competitive advantage of the company. It was revealed that a success of the company is connected with an increasing level of project maturity as a condition for a successful project management.
