Why is it important?
Housing market is one of the most sensitive economic sector, which reflects also the changes of global economic climate, the changing national policies related to the sector, and the corporate strategies inside and outside of a peripheral national economy. If we are able to understand the processes and describe the spatial / social consequences of them, we got a certain mirror about the effects of global crisis.
