What is it about?

The application of the Craig-Bampton and AMLS methods to a composite component depends on curve-fitting algorithm used to perfomed a correlation, type of element selected, and the material properties obtained using a mixed-numerical experimental technique (MNET) based on a design of experiments (DOE).

Why is it important?

The application of the Craig-Bampton and AMLS methods depend strongly on the stiffness parameters of the composite structure applying a mixed-numerical experimental technique (MNET) and the results were verified using the MAC, MACco, COMAC, ECOMAC, and S-COMAC of the full and reduced FE models.

Perspectives

The acquirement and improvement of the mechanical properties such as Poisson's ratio, high damping and stiffness, and fatigue of CFRP, GLARE, ATP or PKK can be performed keeping on eye in the physical properties of the polymer gels and the composite materials used during the manufacturing process applying a MNET.
