What is it about?
There are the differences between moral education in the world and a project of so-called ethical education in Slovakia. I present a critique of the Slovak ethical education project because it is mainly focused on the psychological concept of pro-social behavior.

Why is it important?
It is necessary to concern the different moral education focused especially on the performing moral values and so-called ethical education like the psychological model of prosocial behavior. The ethical education in Slovakia is presented as an alternative to religious education in Slovak primary and secondary schools.
Perspectives
Perhaps, it could be input for debate on the nature of a real moral education in Slovakia.
