What is it about?
How easy is to harmonize many educationl systems? How easy is to compare different things and more, different systems dedicated to educate? Why is necessary to avoid tools searching to builds concurential institutions?

Why is it important?
With a given well selected situation we demonstrate how using approximately and non-accurately a good principle it is possible to deteriorate values, systems, offence people and confuse institution, confuse the competition for quality.
