Setting analytical performance specifications for copeptin-based testing

What is it about?

Despite the clinical significance of plasma copeptin in polyuria-polydipsia syndrome, there are no guidelines recommending the analytical performance specifications (APS) for this measurand. We explored the derivation of several possible APS for copeptin using different levels of evidence, as recommended by the Milan Consensus.
