What is it about?
The verification of assays is an essential part of clinical laboratory practice. This process ensures that assays meet the stated requirements and is a key part of laboratory accreditation against international standards. The analysis of verification data typically requires either closed-source, proprietary software, or open-source software that has a steep learning curve (e.g. Python or R). This manuscript describes the development of a free, open-source application for the analysis of verification data using the R Shiny framework.
