What is it about?
Poly-therapy regimens are concerned by a high rate of avoidable adverse drug reactions and inefficacy. Last developments in bioinformatics offer computer-assisted systems to integrate multi-dimensional data, as drug-drug interactions, pharmacogenomics, patient’s clinical data, to preemptively evaluated the patient-specific risk associated with the poly-therapy, thus allowing adjustment of the drug cocktail to minimize the risk and ensure efficacy.
