What is it about?

SARS-CoV-2 antibodies can be detected in blood sera and plasmas stored at <-70°C with acceptable accuracy. However, the general verification of whether a measurand is stable during storage is challenging because the measuring instrument may also change during the storage period. Thus, comparisons of measured values (before/after storage) are subject to a certain uncertainty.
