What is it about?

Ginseng consumption during short term (4 weeks) likely could not have an impact on anabolic-catabolic hormones such as GH and cortisol in response to high-intensity resistance exercise in young female non-athletes. Thus, It is not recommended to consume it for improvement of anabolic status in women without resistance training experience.
