What is it about?
In this study, I gave the prevalence of Pfcrt K76T mutation in three areas of Cote d'Ivoire. The results show a decrease of this mutation in Cote d'Ivoire 9 years after the withdrawal of Chloroquine for the treatment of uncomplicated malaria in the country.
