What is it about?

The paper concerns with survival of the probiotic strain in artificial medium and in milk. It provides the quantitative parameters from the survival curves based on the numbers estimated by cultivation methods.

We would like to contribute to knowledge on microbial behaviour neglecting whether or not the microorganism is undesirable or good.
