What is it about?

This article is about using roleplaying for the user-centered development of products. Roleplaygames are already being played by children to try out and learn about roles. They gain a deeper understanding through the experience and at the same time learn to interact with other roles in their roles. Therefore I present some techniques to use this easy and cheap method for better product development. Finally, Personas are role descriptions and serve as a starting point for putting themselves into users. Scenarios provide contextual information in which the participants of a roll-playing exercise move. However, what should be kept in mind and which exercises will enable profitable support in the development of products? What are the dangers of such a method?
