This is an interesting work. Classification of Noether symmetries of the dynamic Euler-Bernoulli beam equation is performed. Numerical study of the reduced equation is also carried out. Noether symmetry analysis of a fourth order equation is scarce in literature. Thus this paper will serve to mitigate the gap.
