Why is it important?
It is important because the errors can be controlled when education, technical improvements would be improved.
Perspectives
This article indicates the most important phase of laboratory processes. Pre-analytical phase comprises a lot of mistakes helding by many kind of health staffs. Primary helath care system is different from other laboratory practices. Addition to the others, in this system samples were drawn in many locations by hundreds of health staffs, and transported by cars. It costs a lot of money but pre analytical errors have not decreased. We decided to give trağining step by step and make some technical improvements. So many of them worked, but we noticed this process should have continue.
