Development of politeness strategies through translation

What is it about?

How translation can show deterioralization of textual features of Modern Greek, with features gradually becoming similar to discoursal features of English in academic discourse.

Why is it important?

Because it shows the impact hegemonic languages may have on less widely spoken ones, through translation.
