Introduce new property which is epi-mild normality.

Why is it important?
In this paper we investigate this property and illustrate the relationship between epi-mild normality and other properties for example epinormality ( which was presented by A. V. Arhangel’ski ̆i ) and submetrizability. Also we proved any Mròwka space is epinormal and any epinormal is Completely Housdorff space. Also, we used the minimal Housdorff , minimal Tychonoff and simiregurazation to prove some property of epi-mildly normal space.
