Why is it important?

Our findings show that is possible to eat fresh baked food after refrigeration.

Customers nowadays consume more food from away from home sources including refrigerated ready meal, fast food, restaurant, and convenience food, than spending time cooking their own and healthy meal. This trend makes consumers demand high-quality ready meal and foods with regard to the fresh-like taste and attractive sensorial parameters . I hope this article makes possible to do that by using our methodology.
