Why is it important?

Other papers mainly solve the problem of crack and cleanliness of casting H- beam blank from a certain aspect. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of crack and cleanliness of casting H- beam blank from the whole continuous casting process and takes measures to solve it.


Writing this article was a great pleasure as it has co-authors with whom I have had long standing collaborations. This article also lead to billet quality research team contacting me and ultimately to a greater involvement in beamblank quality research.
