What is it about?
In this work we prove Weil Theorem in locally free sheaves over structured spaces and show proper equalities between Chern, Pontrjagin and Euler Characteristic classes.

Why is it important?
In this work we introduce new notion of linear connection on locally free sheaves over structured spaces, which is consistent with proper group of action. It allows us to simplyfy the proof of Weil Theorem and clearly define characteristic classes.
