Week-to-week within-subject and between-subject biological variation of copeptin

What is it about?

This article use two different statistical methods to estimated biological variation of copeptin. Data were collected weekly for 10 weeks from 30 healthy subjects. The CV-ANOVA and a Bayesian approach showed similar results with a CVI of 20% and a CVG of 45-47% (depending on method. The RCV was approximately +80% and -40% and the II was below 0.5.
