What is it about?

Emicizumab, is a monoclonal antibody mimicking the function of factor (F) VIII in the activation of FX by FIXa. Its measurement could be occasionally required. The mehods so far used to measure FVIII present with limitations. We show that easy modifications make the FVIII assay able to measure emicizumab concentration in plasma.
