What is it about?

The article examines the management behaviour of employers in times of crisis. The quality of leadership is used as an explanatory variable for the effectiveness of labour market counselling. The result is that a lack of procedural justice and interactive fairness of middle-level management increases the burden of job loss and obstructs the access to labour market advisory services.
