What is it about?
Prior work has shown there are differences in how men and women are rated by evaluators, including students. This study evaluated for the presence of contextual differences in written evaluations of medical faculty by medical trainees, based on their gender. We found similar overall contextual themes, with subtle sub-theme differences in these evaluations between men and women faculty.
