Why is it important?
In the previous literature, no studies have simultaneously explored the relationships among SRM, KMC, and CSR. Therefore, this study is original and innovative in that it examines the key and simultaneous role of CSR and KMC in SRM and OP improvement by presenting a new model in the oil and gas industry. It also provides recommendations in alignment with the sustainability of this industry by regarding all the variables above.
Perspectives
Therefore, this study aims at investigating the synergic role of CSR along with KMC in the supply chain, specifically with strategic suppliers’ main impact on OP in the oil and gas industry.
