What is it about?

Focusing on the Ghanaian market space, this article examines how Africans, especially the bottom-ranked, are leveraging the Chinese global economic presence to deal with the socioeconomic impacts COVID-19 brought. I contend that the leveraging processes is aiding China's international image building, foreign public relations, and public diplomacy drive.
