Why is it important?

Sample data encompasses SMEs located in the State of Parana, Southern Brazil, that participated in the Local Innovation Agents Program, which is supported by the Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service (SEBRAE). By means of advanced techniques (correlation hierarchical cluster analysis), the main innovation strategies applied within each industry were then identified and discussed.

Perspectives

I believe this article not only makes theoretical contributions, but it also may help managers and policymakers from the investigated industries identify innovation opportunities.
