What is it about?

We argue that using only an economic lens is in adequate for understanding what it means to be enterprising

Why is it important?

Entrepreneurship is important for several different reasons. Whilst the economic perspective quite properly highlights economic beneficial outcomes, it does not address significant other benefits.

The paper is critical of a narrow view of entrepreneurship and argues for alternative perspectives, especially social, to generate better understanding of this phenomenon.
