What is it about?
We reported a case of a 2 weeks old infant whom we managed for megalourethra and Prune Belly Syndrome. Even though the two conditions can co-exist, the association is uncommon. He had urethroplasty and did well post-operatively.

As an uncommon association, it was important to report it to demonstrate that these two conditions can co-exist and be managed successfully in children
Perspectives
It was an opportunity to publish such an uncommon association to add to the already existing knowledge of it.
