What is it about?
This work presents some notes on the tendency of the different immigrant groups to maintain and preserve their identity in the place of destination through their own educational experiences and in the strategies of the State itself to create legislative instruments that help to build a feeling of belonging, inherent in the formation of a new citizen in the new postcolonial political time.
