What is it about?

We wanted to know if young people with autism and severe intellectual disability could alter their sleep patterns quickly when the clocks change or when their routine is disrupted.

It showed that changes in sleep routine weere overcome quickly by this group, possibly more quickly than other groups studied under the same circumstances.
