What is it about?

Background. Neonatal mortality is still high, especially in developing countries and one of the causes is infection and sepsis. For proper and accurate treatment, culture examination of blood, urine, and other body fluids is considered important because it can identify germs that cause infection as well as sensitive types of antibiotics. The pattern of germs is not always the same for a period of time, this may be due to the increasingly widespread use of antibiotics.

Obtaining surveillance data on microorganism patterns to improve service quality in the management of high-risk infants treated in the neonatal ward.

Perspectives

I hope this article makes what people might think is a boring, slightly abstract area like health economics and measuring things like health, kind of interesting and maybe even exciting.
