What is it about?

Diseases may change animal's behaviour: Anemia, anorexia, or more resting? Motion sensors can remotely monitor animal's behaviour. If we can identify how animal changes its behaviour in response to a given disease, a motion sensor may provide a timely opportunity to treat sick animals in a rural setting in a developing country. As an outset, this study explores whether or not a motion sensor can really collect data in the rural African setting. We also demonstrate how we can best summarise massive data collected from motion sensors.
