What is it about?

Some buffoonery affecting to have been written by several members of a "committee" but actually clearly the work of one satirical hack, introducing the ABR feature called "ABR: Lost and Found." --- The announcement is that every issue of ABR will hereafter include a critical essay on an arbitrarily selected forgotten (or obscure) literary work. The range of possibilities encompasses all world literature, ancient to modern.

Why is it important?

Contributes to the joy of reading, especially for people with scholarly inclinations.

The list of prospective topics, which looks made-up, is real. People who read in a Borgesian spirit should be stimulated.
