What is it about?
Because capitalism is so dominant globally, the working class everywhere is in a situation of permanent crisis. This is not a crisis for capitalism. it is exactly what it needs. So you should not expect capitalist governments to change course. Things will only get worse unless the working class takes matters into its own hands.

Why is it important?
Too many people think that it is in the interest of capital to improve the conditions of the working class, so they expect that pro-market governments will be obliged to introduce policies that alleviate the situation of workers. But it is not, and they won't.
