Why is it important?
The implementation of customization can be through the development of a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of green retrofitting work that can improve the quality of resource planning through detailed work in project planning, monitoring, and control. The preparation of the WBS structure from these results of the study is proof that the WBS structure improves the quality of resource planning.
Perspectives
I hope that this research will make it easier for building owners to carry out green retrofitting activities through the activity of the WBS structure of green retrofitting work which is divided into 3 (three) stages of work: Planning, construction and post-construction.
