Why is it important?
n the publication, a significant section was dedicated to the Ladies’ Section, which highlighted active social movements and women's organizations. These organizations brought together women with similar interests. During meetings, lectures on current social and educational topics were presented. The periodical provided information about the history and activities of these women's organizations, detailing their organizational structure, statutory activities, and program agendas. The article serves as an introduction to the subject. The study primarily employed methods such as case studies, media content analysis, description, and content analysis.
Perspectives
A comprehensive review of the pages of Rodzina Polska indicates that the journal's editorial team documented the activities of both Polish and international women's organizations. Among the domestic associations, the National Organization of Women was prominently featured, while on the international front, the International Council of Women was highlighted. Although domestic associations were numerically dominant, the journal did not exclusively focus on Catholic organizations; instead, it emphasized the value-driven programs these organizations supported.
