What is it about?

As treatment strategy of the long head of the biceps in rotator cuff surgery is still controversial, we investigated the biceps diameter in patients with rotator cuff tear. Hypertrophy change in the extra-articular biceps, which was correlated with the severity of the cuff tear, was observed.
