What is it about?

Clubfeet treated using the Ponseti typically need tendon Achilles surgery to correct equinus deformity. The recommended procedure is percutaneous tenotomy. Concerns about the healing process exist and our study showed that all tendons were clinically functional, with mild ultrasonography abnormalities after five to eight years of follow-up.
