What is it about?
Uni knee replacements are associated with fewer surgical complications and better functional outcomes than total knee replacements. Despite these apparent advantages uniknee implants are underused. This study reports outcomes at five years following cementless oxford medial compartment knee replacement and shows that the clinical and radiological outcomes are comparable to those of cemented total knee replacement.
