Why is it important?
Showers can be easier for residents to manage, providing inside seating is addressed.
Perspectives
Since writing this, over 12 years ago, I am pleased that more home are using wet-rooms or slightly ramped shower trays with shower chairs. I hope this model becomes the 'norm' for care homes.
