In an attempt to ascertain the superior method and surrounding factors for Paramedics in pre-hospital cardiac arrests.

Why is it important?
Improving survival to hospital and hospital survival to discharge is the ultimate goal of any out of hospital resuscitation attempt. The factors surrounding pre hospital defibrillation could be managed differently and improvements made to increase survival outcomes.
