Group based practice to promote attachment between mothers and babies

What is it about?

We evaluated a group which we created to promote attachment between mothers and babies. This article explains the difficulties we had and the importance of publishing research which found no statistical difference between the control and intervention groups.

Why is it important?

We know that promoting good attachment is important and there is limited research of what works in practice.
