What is it about?

More Internet content in a particular languages stimulates adoption by uses who use that language but the magnitude of this effect is previously unknown. This paper shows that these effects are significant and justifies policies that encourage content creation. These policies will increase adoption and, if targeted, can help address the "digital divide" in Internet content across languages.
