What is it about?

A diagrammatic method to determine all equilibrium strategies in a NON ZERO SUM game in which some player has only two strategies. The method parallels the well known one for ZERO SUM games. In the same spirit an elementary proof is given of the fact that the number of equilibria is odd, and hence an equilibrium always exists.
