Distinctive Personality and Psycho-physiological Characteristics

What is it about?

The purpose of this study is to recognize personality and psycho-physiological characteristics distinctive repeated and non-repeated car accidents and traffic violations, an available sample of )280(drivers were selected, ) and 190( of them repeated car accidents and traffic violations. Rocalov Formal Dynamic Personality Characteristics Scale was administrated, while the reaction time was measured by a specialist computer program (ThinkFast). After the data has been collected the following results were found.  There is a significant difference (α ≤ 0 > 05) in the subliminal reaction time in repeating and non-repeating car accidents and traffic violations drivers, in the brain power and speed, which was higher among drivers who repeated accidents.  There is a significant difference (α ≤ 0 > 05) in the perceptual and cognitive reaction time in repeating and non-repeating car accidents and traffic violations drivers, the perceptual and cognitive reaction time were higher among non-repeating drivers.  There is a significant difference (α ≤ 0 > 05) in the cognitive reaction due to license class among repeating car accidents and traffic violations drivers, the brain power was higher among license classes three and four.  There is a significant relationship (α ≤ 0 > 05) between active traits in the cognitive domain and (simple, perceptual, cognitive) reaction time.  There is a significant relationship (α ≤ 0 > 05) between the speed of response traits in the cognitive domain and (simple, perceptual, cognitive) reaction time.
