What is it about?

This review is all about progress made towards finding anti aging molecules. Here we described use of lower organisms for screening anti-aging molecules and then we described potential molecules which have shown increased longevity effects in organisms from yeast to mouse. In last we summarized key challenges for their applicability for human use.
